The Well Said Clinic is a fee-for-service practice and as such we require payment for services on the day of service. A cancellation fee of 50% of a session will be applicable if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session.
We are now offering a 6 day a week service.
Fees for assessment and therapy session will be provided on request.
The Well Said Clinic has accreditation to provide services under the Chronic Disease Management scheme (formerly the Enhanced Primary Care Program). This scheme allows eligible adults and children to access a rebate for 5 sessions of allied health therapy (including Speech Pathology) per calendar year.
Your GP will be able to provide additional information regarding eligibility for this scheme or for further information you can visit.
Please ensure, that if you do have a Medicare Referral from your GP or paediatrician, that you discuss this with the Speech Pathologist at your first session so that the correct receipts and processes are followed.
Private Health Insurance Funds
The Well Said Clinic is registered with Medicare /Private Health Insurers to enable clients to claim service fees (under the ‘extras’). Please check with your provider to see you are eligible to claim.
To make this process faster and easier we have the HICAPS system to provide direct claiming of rebates.

The Well Said Clinic has been accredited to provide Speech Pathology services to children who are deemed eligible for funding under the “Better Start for Children with Disability”, “Helping Children with Autism Package and NDIS”.
We provide research based programs such as PECS and Hanen “More Than Words”.
